1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in Teddy Tennis classes and programmes within the United Kingdom. By booking a class or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings & Payments
All classes must be booked in advance via the Teddy Tennis website or approved booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of a scheduled class may not be eligible for a refund.
– Missed classes are non-refundable.
– In cases where Teddy Tennis cancels a class (e.g. due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), a replacement class or credit may be offered.
– Refunds are provided at the discretion of Teddy Tennis unless required under UK consumer law.
– Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
4. Class Participation & Responsibility
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children are fit and able to participate in physical activity. Any medical conditions or additional needs must be disclosed prior to participation.
Children must be supervised where required, and parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behaviour during sessions.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Teddy Tennis and its franchisees take all reasonable care to provide a safe environment. However, participation is at your own risk. Teddy Tennis shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during sessions, except where caused by negligence.
6. Franchise Model
Teddy Tennis operates through a network of independent franchisees. Your booking and participation may be managed by the franchisee responsible for your local area.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and shared.
8. Changes to Classes or Services
Teddy Tennis reserves the right to make changes to class times, locations, coaches, or programme structure where necessary.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
