| 2 and 3 years | Tiny Teddies Team | Beginners | New to Teddy Tennis. Need to be able to take basic instructions and respond to their name |
| 3 and 4 years | Danny Bear Team | Beginners | New to Teddy Tennis (or tennis) |
| 3 and 4 years | Boris Bear Team | Improvers | Has already completed the Danny Bear Team lessons, or has had tennis lessons in the past |
| 3 and 4 years | Tim Bear Team | Intermediates | Has done some Teddy Tennis lessons and is improving |
| 4 and 5 years | Charlie Bear Team | Beginners | New to Teddy Tennis (or tennis) |
| 4 and 5 years | Amanda Panda Team | Improvers | Has already completed at least one set of Teddy Tennis Team lessons, or has had tennis lessons in the past |
| 4 and 5 years | Johnny Bear | Improvers | Has played Teddy Tennis or has had tennis lessons before and is improving |
| 5 and 6 years | Head Ted Team | Beginners and Improvers | For children new to Teddy Tennis and children who have played Teddy Tennis before. The class will be divided by skill level. |
